Often used to assist with application for NDIS support, revision of existing NDIS plans, and application for the Disability Support Pension (DSP).

Neuropsychological assessment may be requested to clarify presence of a brain disorder such as acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, neurodevelopmental and/or neurodegenerative disorders. 

Outcomes of the assessment assist the client and their support network with clarification of cognitive strengths and weaknesses, provide treatment and rehabilitation recommendations, and support management strategies.

Neuropsychological assessment and report completed specifically for use in Court. 

Medico-legal assessment may be suitable when a legal team or the Court need to clarify the presence of an underlying cognitive disorder (e.g., acquired brain injury, intellectual disability) and the impact of these disorders on the offending behaviour.

Addresses the intersection between potential cognitive disorders, and psychiatric and other mental health issues.

Neuropsychological assessment and report for Joint Medical Examination / Independent Medical Examination, often to establish the potential severity of a head injury for insurance purposes (e.g., TAC, WorkSafe). 

Neuropsychological assessment is completed to determine employment capacity (now and into the future), impact to quality of life, and more broadly describe the extent of the injury affecting the individual in the longer term.
